Polymer coat for protecting water-resistant surfaces 
MG 142 Poli Clean 
Applications: Efficient product based on acrylic and polyurethane emulsions and waxes, for protecting most types of water-resistant hard floors (e.g. linoleum, PVC, terrazzo, concrete). The product leaves a thick and very durable coat on the surface which is resistant to scratches and dirt penetration, making dirt easy to clean. Applying several coats of the product smoothes out imperfections resulting from the floor's porous structure, in addition to any wear and tear damage. It makes daily cleaning easier and makes the use of cleansers more economical. It has an anti-slip effect. Perfect for areas with heavy traffic. The coat does not change the colour of the surface, enabling local repairs. Disinfection resistant. Preserves a long-lasting shine. For professional use only. 
Directions for use:   Turn off the floor heating. Remove the old coat using MG 121, clean the surface with water and allow to dry. Apply 2-3 layers of MG 142 using a mop. Drying time of single coat: 15 to 30 minutes. In the case of porous or very absorptive floors, apply 2 extra layers of the product. In order to harden the film and obtain mirror shine, it is recommended to polish the surface with a high speed machine equipped with a white pad after it has dried completely. Surface preservation: Sweep the floor every day with a dry mop, clean with MC 110 or MC 210. Repair local defect by diluting MG 142 in 1:2 l of cold water, spray (mist) the damaged surface and polish with a high-speed machine (min. 1,500 rpm). If no polisher is available, wipe the previously cleaned floor with MG 142 in proportion from 1:5 to 1:25 l of cold water or MC 112 in accordance with the instruction on the label.
